CCSCT Staff and Board Members Attend Management & Leadership Training Conference

CCSCT staff and Board members attended the Community Action Partnership’s Management & Leadership Training Conference January 10-12, 2018 in Houston, Texas. During the conference, staff and Board members attended workshops on Board Governance, Effective Management, Risk Mitigation and other topics. During the general session on Thursday morning, CCSCT was recognized for the successful completion of an Intensive Risk Assessment which evaluated the agency’s top risks and how the agency would address those risks in the future.
