CCSCT is heartbroken to announce the passing of its long-term Board member, Francis “Country” Moczygemba. Country had a servant heart and served on CCSCT’s Board representing Frio County from 2009 to 2017. He had also recently agreed to serve on CCSCT’s Advisory Council. He will be greatly missed.
