In conjunction with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs- Community Services Block Grant, CCSCT is providing emergency assistance to Bandera, Dimmit, La Salle, Guadalupe, Kerr, Kendall, McMullen, Uvalde, and Zavala County Community Flood victims.
Assistance may include:
Emergency Shelter:
✅ 3 to 5 nights of hotel lodging for families who need a safe place to stay.
HEB Gift Cards:
✅ Food
✅ Personal care items
✅ Cleaning supplies
✅ Fuel for your vehicle
Utility Assistance:
✅ Light Bill Payment
*Muck Buckets:
✅ Heavy Duty Cleaning Supplies
*While supplies last.

Attention Kerr County Residents:
The Kerr United Way grant may provide assistance to eligible Kerr County residents for the following needs:
- H-E-B gift cards
- Refrigerator or Freezer
- Cookware
- Dishes
- Food storage containers
- Rent assistance
- Utility payment assistance
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must:
- Reside in Kerr County. Proof of residence and photo ID is required.
- Experienced flood damage to their primary residence.
Additional requirements for specific assistance:
- Rent Assistance: Applicant must be behind on rent payments.
- Utility Payment Assistance: Applicant must be behind on utility bills.
Assistance is subject to funding availability and program guidelines. There are no income requirements for the Kerr United Way grant.
