Board of Directors
CCSCT’s Board of Directors is the principal representative body of this agency and represents a broad cross section of the community in the counties that CCSCT currently provides services in. One third of Board membership is comprised of individuals from the Low-Income sector, and are elected by the Public through a democratic process. Another third of Board membership is comprised of Elected Officials and another third is comprised of Private Sector individuals. The composition of Board members is in accordance with regulations set forth by the Federal Community Services Block Grant, Community Action Program Legal Services, and applicable state statutes.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee exists for the purpose of transacting routine and ordinary business between meetings of the full board. The Executive Committee shall consist of the Board officers and two (2) at-large members from the full Board and be elected by the Board of Directors. The chairperson of the Board or his/her designee shall be the presiding officer.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee shall meet with the Financial Controller regularly to be apprised of the financial status of each program. The committee shall review the fiscal operation of the corporation, monitor fund status and expenditures, study the proposed operating budgets, analyze such data against current and prior year operations and report the findings to the full board. The finance committee shall also review the annual agency wide audit.

CCSCT is seeking individuals to sit on its Board of Directors. Potential board members must reside within the counties of: Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kerr, Kinney, LaSalle, Live Oak, Medina, McMullen, Real, Uvalde, Val Verde, Wilson and Zavala.
