Community Council of South Central Texas Inc. (CCSCT) is requesting information from IT firms with extensive experience in providing technology services for a not-for-profit organization. This RFP also welcomes information and pricing for CCSCT’s website hosting. We invite the submission of information to us by 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2026, for consideration. Weatherization Assistance Program: Advertisement for T & TA & Inspections by QCI Inspectors
Community Council of South-Central Texas, Inc. (CCSCT) soliciting responses to this small purchase quote to secure a Certified Quality Control Inspector (QCI) to provide training and technical assistance to 3 Assessor on home assessments, work orders and training needed to obtain QCI certification. The bid also includes QCI inspections as it relates to the Weatherization program and DOE/LIHEAP rules and regulations.
CCSCT Weatherization Assistance Program includes 17 county service areas: Brewster, Crane, Culberson, Dimmit, Edwards, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Kinney, LaSalle, Maverick, Pecos, Presidio, Real, Terrell, Uvalde, Val Verde and Zavala.
