Kinney County Outreach Event

The Community Council of South Central Texas, Inc. (CCSCT) is hosting an outreach event to assist low-income customers in Kinney County with either their electric, gas or propane bills. Event will be held at the Bracketville Library Annex 510 S Ellen St., Bracketville on Thursday August 2nd at 9:30 a.m.  Customers must bring the following information for each person living in the household to the event: Proof of income for the previous 30 days, social security numbers and current utility bill.
